Support the Troops in Afghanistan: The Care Package Project™
Thank You From Marines:
“Not sure how you heard of me, but thank you so much for the unexpected gift! Makes one feel good to know that even after 11 years, we are not forgetten! Semper Fi” Gunnery Sergeant in Afghanistan 2012
“Friends, Thank you so much for the kindness and generosity towards strangers. Your gifts will be used by me and the guys I am here with. We are EXTREMELY grateful. God Bless” Sergeant in Afghanistan 2011
“I just wanted to take the time to write and say that I really appreciate the care package! It has many useful things and tasty snacks. It makes my day to know that there is a program going on that's helping deployed Marines overseas!” Marine in Afghanistan 2010
“Thank you very much for the care package; I greatly appreciate it. It arrived in good condition, and none of the contents leaked. I wrote the name of a friend of mine on the back of this who doesn’t get much mail. I know he’d love to get a package. Thank you again for all your hard work and for caring about us.” Thank you received August 2009
"We don't have much out here so to receive a package, especially from someone who doesn't know me, is really special. There is one Marine I know that doesn't get much. If you have the resources, please send him something even in place of mine." PFC Jack, 2d LAR Btn
Support our troops overseas! With the help of generous donors and volunteers across the country, we have sent over 36,000 packages to 28,000 Marines who might not be receiving mail or packages from home. YOU can help get care packages of needed items to these Marines!

We Can't Give Out Addresses, But We'll Ship FOR YOU!
Want to ship care packages to the troops but can't find an address? So do we! We developed a safe and secure way to support our troops with care packages that you can participate in directly.
The Care Package Project™ ships care packages only to addresses which have been supplied by Marines or family members of combat deployed Marines. We do not and can not share those overseas mailing addresses with any third party, but WE'LL SHIP THE PACKAGES TO THE TROOPS for you! You can get involved by writing letters, holding care package drives and fundraisers, sponsoring a care package, or making a donation.
The Department of Defense (DoD) continues to emphasize that names and addresses of military service members must not be distributed by the media, Web sites, companies, non-profit organizations, schools and individuals for the purpose of collecting letters of support or donations for mailing to service members. The DoD does not support adopt-a-soldier programs.
